First Meeting
Once you contact me, we'll book a relaxed initial conversation, either in person or online. We'll discuss costs upfront and your wedding plans so far, such as date and venue. You can ask me any questions you like to find out if I might be a good fit for your ceremony.

Making a Booking
If we get on famously and you decide to book me, I'll ask you to complete a booking form and pay a 20% deposit to secure me for the day.

Consultation Meeting
We'll schedule a longer discovery meeting, and I'll send you a couple's questionnaire to complete with information about how you met, your love story, your values, and the kind of ceremony you're looking for. We can discuss any symbolic rituals or additions you'd like to consider. I absolutely love this bit!

Script Composition
I'll draft a bespoke ceremony script with beautiful original words about you, readings, symbolic rituals, and any other unique elements you'd like to include. You'll receive the first draft in good time, and we'll ensure you're completely happy with it. I love writing, and it's essential that the script feels right for you. Once agreed, the balance of my fee will be due.

I'll arrive early to connect with your venue team and iron out any logistical details. If you'd like, we can also schedule a rehearsal to perfect any transitions or technical matters. I'll lead your ceremony with warmth, joy, and gentle direction, so you can breathe, relax, and enjoy your wonderful day!

I'm especially drawn to outdoor ceremonies in gardens, woodlands, historic sites, and beautiful homes. I'd love to create weddings at dawn or dusk, on the solstice or equinox, or other key moments in nature's calendar. I enjoy weaving in natural, botanical, literary, musical, and personal elements so that every ceremony feels like an experience, with a meaningful thread tying together the venue, the couple, and the season.

As an independent celebrant in England, I create symbolic ceremonies. You'll need to complete the legal requirements separately with a registrar, which most couples do a few days before with a simple signing ceremony.
